Ownership
All content on eliossana.org and within the Tarshish Atlas — including the register and its underlying compilation, the written lessons, text, images, maps, structure, and design — is the property of the Eliossana Heritage Trust ("the Trust") or its licensors, and is protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. The compilation of the register — the selection, arrangement, sourcing, and organization of the records — is itself the Trust's protected work, independent of any individual fact within it.

Names and marks
The following are trademarks and identifiers of the Trust: Eliossana Heritage Trust; The Tarshish Atlas; The Tarshish Ledger; and the Trust's seal / emblem. They may not be used, copied, or imitated in a way that suggests affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement without the Trust's written permission.
Licensing and related organizations
The Trust owns the intellectual property described here. Where related organizations — including the Fundación Cerro del Hacho — use the register, the marks, or related materials, they do so under license from the Trust. Such use does not transfer ownership, which remains with the Trust.
Contributions
If you contribute a memory, testimony, or other material, you keep your own rights in it. You grant the Trust permission to hold and use it only as set out in your consent choices at the time of submission (see the Privacy Policy). Contributed testimony is preserved and labeled as testimony, distinct from the documented record.
Permitted use
You are welcome to read, learn from, and share links to our material for personal, educational, and non-commercial purposes, with attribution to the Eliossana Heritage Trust. You may not reproduce or redistribute the register or substantial portions of it, or use any of it commercially, without our written permission.
