Terms of Use
Eliossana Heritage Trust — Last updated: 30 July 2026
Welcome to eliossana.org, kept by the Eliossana Heritage Trust ("the Trust"). By using this website and the Tarshish Atlas register, you agree to these terms.
What this site is
This site offers free educational material and access to the Tarshish Atlas — a documented register of Jewish and Iberian heritage. It is a record, offered for learning and remembrance. It is not legal, financial, or professional advice.
The register is a documented record
The register is presented as a documented record, read-only to the public. We work to keep it honest and clearly sourced, and we distinguish documented history from tradition and from personal testimony. Historical records can contain gaps or errors; nothing here should be treated as a final or official determination of any fact, place, or lineage.
Using the site respectfully
Please use the site lawfully. Do not copy, scrape, or republish the register or its contents at scale or for commercial purposes without our written permission; do not misrepresent the register or present altered versions as ours; do not attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the site; and do not use the site to harass or harm any person or group.
Contributions you send us
If you send us a memory, testimony, or other material, you confirm it is yours to share. You keep your own rights in it, and you grant the Trust permission to store and use it only as described in the consent choices you make when you submit it (see our Privacy Policy). We may decline, edit for clarity, or remove any contribution, and we review submissions before anything is shown publicly.
Intellectual property
The register, its content and compilation, the names Eliossana Heritage Trust, The Tarshish Atlas, and The Tarshish Ledger, and the Trust's seal and marks are the property of the Trust or its licensors. See our Intellectual Property & Trademark Notice for details.
No warranties; limitation
The site and register are provided "as is," for educational and remembrance purposes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Trust is not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the site or register.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, except where local mandatory law applies to you.
Changes
We may update these terms; the current version will always be posted here with its date.
